Cancellation Policy


• 7 days before the due date – 100% cancellation charge
• 12 days before the due date– 50% cancellation charge
• There will be no refund if you are not available on the due date
Note:- (Conflict regarding any payment or our services will be subjudiced to the Haridwar Court.)

Natural Calamity, Traffic and Other Circumstances


Due to natural calamity in the form of increase of water level at Ganges or traffic at the highway connecting the rafting point or any other reasons which are beyond our control, no refund will be provided.


Checking Time, Lunch and Beverages


• Checking time for our camp is 11 AM
• Lunch is provided in between 1:00 - 2:30 PM
• In any case, if you are unable to reach the camp after 2:30 PM hours then lunch will not be provided

Rafting


You are always our priority and providing instant and quality services to you is always our aim. However, at certain circumstances, there may be delay or waiting time due to rush hour, and therefore, you are requested to be patient and bear with our ground staffs.
